Bombermaan
Remember good old Bomberman? Who doesn't? It was a success on just about every platform. Now there's Bombermaan, a free version of the old classic.
The objective of the game is simple. Bomberman is a disgruntled employee trying to make his way out of a bomb factory but must get past (in other words, blow up) the security guards. Sounds easy enough but Bomberman's adversaries are quite tough and determined to keep him working in the factory. This game needs no further introduction. It's simply fantastic.
Technically speaking, Bombermaan is quite simple but that's probably on purpose. The graphics are colorful and retro but the various levels are perhaps a bit plain. But it's not a game that relies on graphics to make it fun. Bombermaan also allows you to use a joystick or play against friends if you so wish. The game works on Windows XP and Windows Vista.
