Fans of those giant Japanese robots will love Exteel, which features powerful Gundam- or Voltron-style mechas.
Exteel is a hard-hitting game that is played online against other human adversaries. Choose your robot, personalize it however you wish and enter into one of the play arenas. The more other players you take out the more points you earn and the more your reputation will grow. Playing is easy but quitting isn't - this game is addictive thanks to great graphics and well-designed characters.
Exteel is free, is compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista. Like in many other games, if you'd like to purchase more powerful weapons for your mecha, you can though it's obviously not mandatory. You will need to register on the main page however.
