Shadow Armada
Lovers of space and strategy games will get a kick out of Shadow Armada, an intelligent game where the objective is to rule the universe. Using your map, you need to steer your fleet through space, avoiding enemy ships, creating alliances and finding resources.
It's like a chess game set in space. The interface is quite functional: you can see the status of all of your ships, available weapons and all relevant information. By moving the mouse, you can see what's going on around your fleet and decide your next move. Though the game is pretty easy to figure out, it doesn't hurt to read the tutorial. And once you are up to speed, why not challenge another play online?
