Fotobabble
One of the latest new Web services out there is Fotobabble, which allows you to create "talking photos." The photos themselves don't talk, but you are able to create a sort of audio caption.
All you have to do is upload a photo, record a message and then share it with friends. You can, in fact, send it via email or put it on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and more sites. The code is available if you want to embed it into your own page. There's also an iPhone app.
