GIFTube
GIFTube (as one can tell by the name) wants to be the YouTube of .gifs and animated .gifs. It's a site that allows you to upload yours and download those others have uploaded.
The interface couldn't be cleaner or easier. On the homepage, you'll find the most recent .gifs as well as the most popular. Everything is categorized but you can also do a search if you are looking for something specific.
You don't even need to sign up and the site is obviously free. The only thing it requires is that your files not exceed 2 MB. Just a word of warning: some of the files
contain "adult" content so this is perhaps not a site on which to allow the little ones to roam free.
