PXN8 is a site which lets you modify and retouch your photos online using loads of different functions. You can add filters and shading or you can get rid of red eyes in photos.
And it is really easy to use with simple and handy icons. Once you have modified your image, it can be saved on Flickr, Imageshack or other similar services.
