Blingee
Blingee is a site that allows you to "blingify" your photos with glitter, sparkles, graphics and comments.
All you have to do is upload an image an add one of the site's special effects (most of which are sparkling). There are bright stars, glittering borders, flashing hearts and much more. Let your imagination run wild. Blingee doesn't require you to be a graphics whiz and you'll be able modify your photos with ease.
There is no need to sign up but if you do, you'll get your own personal page for sharing and displaying all of your "blingified" creations. In addition, you'll be able to send e-cards of your images and much more.
