Comiqs
Comiqs isn't a one-of-a-kind service as there are others out there that allow you to make comic strips from your own photos, but it is definitely worth checking out...
First you'll need to sign up, which is free. Then upload your photos adding little details, such as speech bubbles. Make as many comic strips as you'd like. Use one photo or several photos in a sequence. There are also various effects you can choose from to make what Comiqs calls the "comic story" more interesting. The Comiqs editor is easy to use even for the non-techie.
