Fotoland came about as a fusion of two of the most powerful Internet tools out there: Google Maps and Flickr. It serves as a way to view pictures of cities, countries and locations from all over the world that have been tagged by Flickr users.
All you have to do is click on the place you'd like to see pictures of from the giant map on the site, and voila, there's the Colosseum in Rome or even something as obscure as a street sign in Lithuania. A great way to travel the world in a few clicks. It's a collaborative effort based solely on user participation. What are you waiting for to take part?
