And the London 2012 Olympics are finally here! On the official website (link below) you can follow the all the action. The games run from July 27 to Aug. 12.
If you are interested in attending a sporting event, you can even purchase tickets through the website. This is the official ticketing website - don't be taken in by some of the bogus sites claiming to sell tickets. On the official London 2012 website you can find information on specific sports (there are 26 sports in the summer games) and athletes (more than 10,000 will be participating from over 200 countries). You can even download the mobile app to have information on the Games right on your phone or device.
