You've probably sent an email that was never responded to only to wonder if the person had actually ever received it or had seen it and chose to ignore it.
WhoReadMe is a site that allows you to "track" your emails and get notified when they are opened. All you have to do is sign up for the free service and get started.
Once you've signed up, you can send emails right from the site. You will email with your own address and the recipient will never know the message has been "tracked." Once the message has been opened, you will be notified and told what time it was read, with what kind of program and even if the email was cancelled.
The site is free but there is one limitation - you can only send and track five emails per day.
