Digitalphono Player
A new experimental program, that's pretty stable, that uses an unedited audio format for the Net that could be an alternative to MP3s. The producers of this new audio format claim that the audio quality is so high that you can't differentiate the CD tracks from the compressed ones. Freeware for Mac but watch out for the minimal requirements: Mac Os 8.0 or above, 120 MHz Power Macintosh 604 or above, 32 MB RAM connected to a Netscape or Internet Explorer browser. You also need 2 Mbs of free space on your hd (2Mb).
