EmoAdder
Love them or hate them, emoticons are here to stay. So if you are a frequent chatter with Windows Live Messenger why not download EmoAdder (abbreviation of Emoticon Adder), which is a small software program that gives you hundreds of little smileys and icons in a click?
EmoAdder works like a charm and is extremely intuitive. Just open the program (make sure you have Messenger closed while you do this), choose the folder where you have the emoticons saved and that's that. In just a few seconds, all of the icons will be imported into Windows Live Messenger. EmoAdder will take care of creating the abbreviations and quick keys for calling up the various emoticons.
EmoAdder supports graphics files in .jpeg, .gif and .png formats. The program is only compatible with MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger (here's the rub so if you don't have either of these programs, you need to download them) and is absolutely free.
