Google Earth
Google Earth is the latest offering from the genius of Google. It is nothing more and nothing less than a virtual world map...
After downloading and installing the program, you are faced with what seems to be a very complex screen. But in reality, the interface is actually very easy to use after a few minutes of practice. Google Earth allows you to see each part of the world, even the tiny details like town squares and famous attractions, thanks to an extremely useful function which allows you to zoom directly on the image.
The version we suggest is Freeware (there are another two which you have to pay for). The only problem with Google Earth is the system requirements. The developers recommend a PC with a 500 MHZ processor with 128 MB of Ram, but in reality it is best not to go below a 1 GHZ processor and 512 MB of Ram. In any case, it is worth a look!
Version Freeware Operative system Windows 2000 and XP Minimum requirements 1 GHZ processor and 512 MB of Ram File size 11.4 MB
