Spy Screen
We all leave our computers unattended from time to time. Perhaps during a lunch hour or bathroom break at the office. So how can we be sure that nobody is nosing around our computer while we are away? There are various ways, but one of the cheapest (read "free") is the Spy Screen program.
The program weighs a little more than 900 KB and installs in a flash. Spy Screen snaps shots of your desktop at regular intervals. This allows you to see what activity has been taking place on your PC. The standard interval is 9 minutes, but you can choose to take a screenshot more or less frequently depending on your needs.
Spy Screen is discreet and invisible and nobody will know that you have it running on your computer. It is available for Windows XP and Windows Vista.
