SuperFast Shutdown
If you've had your computer on for a while and then go to shutdown, you may notice that it takes a while. This is because the operating system needs to get rid of all of the temporary files in the memory before it can properly shut down. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, and this can definitely get annoying.
SuperFast Shutdown is a little utility that allows you to avoid this problem. The program is able to shut down in lightning speed, closing everything open in a snap (so you better be sure you are ready!). SuperFast Shutdown puts two icons on your desktop - one for restarting your computer and another for shutting down. All it takes is a click, and your computer shuts off.
This is an extremely powerful little program, so make sure you have saved everything you are working on before clicking on the button. It's not advised that you use this program every time - just those times when time is of the essence.
